Recently when I was painting these, I realized that just about every time I do something a little crafty, I listen to Steve Earle or other rock-a-billy music. Wierd. Somehow Steve Earle just doesn't seem like the type to make the creativity flow. But, evidently for me, it does. ( I was also listening to him when I got the good idea to paint them). So I wanna know- what floats your boat when you get inspired?

Just about anything music-wise, but it's gotta be loud-- headphones work too, now that I have a family.

I love Steve Earle too. And, that bike rocks. I was hoping we'd get to see some good junk! ;)
When I'm crafting, I often like peace and quiet. No kids around is ideal, but not always practical, and I get all wrapped up in my project. I'm totally focused when I'm working. It's therapeutic for me, and I get to 'think'. :)
If I have the radio going while I'm working on projects, I almost always listen to Emmy Lou Harris. And, I usually only do my projects on sunny days. The sun inspires me to get stuff done. So much for rainy day projects around this house! :P
Good job Hoogey-a-la-boogey! I didn't picture them like that, but I like them! Good thing for big sisters passing along unsafe junk. :)The mass crowds on this end are inquiring about a picture of Gheto. Would that be a possibility? Adoring fan clubs and all....you know how it goes.
By the way, talking to people (on the phone, since thats apparently all I can do) or seeing half finished projects gets the creativity dribbling over here.
